Our Story
4 Mevsim Konak is a private villa on a hillside overlooking Lake Sapanca in the Maşukiye area of Kartepe, reserved entirely for its guests.
Our goal is to offer families, groups of friends and teams (up to 10–13 guests) who want to get together a stay far from the bustle of the city, with all the comfort of home. Because we rent the villa to only one group, the pool, terrace and all living spaces are yours alone.
The “4 Mevsim” (Four Seasons) in our name is a promise: a cool pool and lake breeze in summer, the colours of Maşukiye in autumn, a heated pool, fireplace and Kartepe snow in winter, and blossoming nature in spring.
